Nikola Tesla International Airport
The airport is 45-60 minutes away by car, currently the best way to get there. It is home to Air Serbia and served by numerous other airlines. Non-stop flights are available to many cities in the former Yugoslavia, major Western and Eastern European cities, the Middle East, the Persian Gulf, Central Asia, the U.S., Canada, and China.
Trains
Rail travel in the Balkans can be a slow affair. However, new, high-speed service now connects Novi Sad to Belgrade, Subotica, and Budapest. It is scheduled to extend to Vienna later in 2026 and to Athens at a later date. Other train services, via Belgrade, to Croatia, Montenegro, Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkiye are currently available.
